Sverre Fehn Norrkôping 01 taburett

The Norrköping 01 stool is simple, yet a delicately detailed piece of furniture.  Made from solid pine. The furniture is crafted at the factory by skilled artisans, ensuring a high-quality result.

When not used as seating, the stool doubles as a small table in its own right, adding flexibility to any interior setting.

Originally designed by architect Sverre Fehn for Villa Norrköping in Sweden, part of a housing exhibition exploring the Scandinavian home of the future. The villa is laid out as a Greek cross, with the kitchen and bathrooms placed at the core of the building. This centralised structure is echoed in the construction and detailing of the Norrköping pieces, where focus is drawn to the core of the objects.
